How the five skills run a file together.

Each skill refuses work that belongs to another stage. The intake skill will not value the case; the chronology skill will not argue causation; the evaluation memo is never sent outside the firm; the demand builder does not organize raw records. Narrow scope is what makes the output checkable — a skill that tried to do all five jobs would produce something no one could audit stage by stage.

• Intake → Records. The intake summary names the providers, employers, and agencies to write to, and flags whether a signed HIPAA authorization is on file.
• Records → Chronology. The returned records and itemized bills become the chronology's raw input; the request tracker tells you what is still outstanding.
• Chronology → Evaluation. The dated timeline, provider list, and billing figures feed the specials tabulation and the treatment-intensity reasoning behind a general-damages range.
• Evaluation → Demand. The internal memo sets the demand figure and names the weaknesses to pre-empt. The memo stays in the file; only the demand goes out.
