TopMVA is a focused library of drop-in AI skills for motor-vehicle-accident and personal-injury practice. It covers the repetitive, high-volume drafting that eats a plaintiff's-side week — intake summaries, records requests, medical chronologies, case evaluations, and demand letters — so your team spends its time on judgment, not boilerplate.
The skills are deliberately no-code. There's nothing to integrate and nothing to maintain — each is a single instruction file you upload once. They're tuned to Missouri norms by default and built to keep a human in the loop on every judgment call.

Every legal proposition the skills assert is pin-cited to the statutory subsection and dated in mo-authority.md, verified against the Missouri Revisor and CourtListener rather than against memory. Propositions we could not verify are marked OPEN and the skills will not assert them. The method — and the errors we made applying it — are published at /verification-protocol and summarized on the research page.
TopMVA is built by Sage Smith and is affiliated with Porter | Smith Law. The site is a drafting-resource project, not a solicitation: it does not advertise legal services, take on matters, or collect information from anyone. Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship, and using these skills does not make the firm your counsel.
TopDWI is a companion library from the same author, applying this same skill format to DWI defense practice. It shares the approach used here: scoped, attorney-in-the-loop instruction files that draft and flag rather than decide, with Missouri as the default jurisdictional layer. The two projects are separately maintained, and each carries its own authority file and version history.
